  8. Going back in time today with this Seiko G757-4010 from 1980. Similar to the one worn by 007 in Octopussy.

  9. Bulova 'Quantieme' watch - with day and date indicators - modern take on my Lebem. Similar size too. No idea what the red dot under the 12 is for. AM indicator poss. There is a quartz Bulova Astronaut that I think used the same movement, but that dial looks very fussy. (Hence)

  10. 7T62-0HA0 today. Thanks @Sulie I am glad you like this one as much as I do, it is a rare one. I have only ever seen one on sale on a Japanese auction site, I wonder how many are in the UK?, I can't imagine that there are that many.

  20. @Roger the Dodger just ignore the 7T32 watches in the far left, there are two that are the same (blue with silver, bought one forgetting that I already owned one as a project) the silver grey with blue chapter ring and chrono hand is rare, I haven't seen another one like it. The bracelet is slightly different and I think this is due to it being an early model (1999) most of my other 7T32-7C60's are from 2000 onwards. Sorry about the poor quality images. (Motorola phones have terrible cameras)

  21. It's a bit hot and humid, and the stainless steel back is not my favourite, changed into this - leather on top and sheepskin underneath, very comfortable. NO IT IS NOT 'WOOLLY'! Keep well.

  29. I have seen a 7T32 that look like the design inspiration for this 7T62-0HA0, but to be very honest with I can not remember the code, but it has a blue bezel, yellow dial and blue sub dials. I will see if I can find it and get back to you. They made a grey bezel, but it just doesn't 'pop' like the yellow dial. Maybe this one, but from memory I am sure I saw something closer... Thanks to pick click for the image.

  31. Hey folks, recently I bought some new straps from Aliexpress. I'm quite impressed and one costs only abour £4. They're soft, nice and feel well made and sturdy, and it has the quick release system. The clasp is kinda big, so it's down to personal preference. Here's a couple of pics

  33. Some real bargains available at the mo. Lots of good deals on Seiko, Hamilton, Citizen, Tissot and others. Noticed a Seiko padi diver for around the £240 mark. I succumbed and ordered a Seiko cocktail time presage which was £225. However if you put promo code blue 15 you can get a further 15% off bringing it in at a too tempting £191. Possibly the best deal though was a tissot visodate on a mesh strap for £160 in the sale so what £130 ish with the promo code?! I really mustn’t buy any more watches!

  34. I have that one, really good watch and despite it's size is comfy to wear on my small wrists. That's a very good price.

  35. There is a small scratch on the bezel near '120' on the tachymeter, I was gutted when it happened, and the lume has faded and gone a creamy sort of colour (which I quite like). My poor photography skills don't do the bezel any justice as it shimmers like there are tiny silver metallic flecks in the paint. This one is my favourite Seiko 7T62 model that I own, and I am glad you admire it like I do, it always puts a smile on my face when I put it on.

  37. So... I gave in and the white 300M arrived today! Couldn't be happier, the details are immense and everything is so crisp and sharp it "ticks" all the boxes for the smart casual watch I was after!

  40. I’ve had three Tag and never had a problem with them, great grab and go watches. Oh I moved the aqua racer because it looked a bit small. But apart from that itwas great. Mrs T has one as well.

  41. I like the Tag brand and living just a few miles from their outlet store in Bicester Village have always got them at around 40% off rrp. Then the store started selling Zeniths at similar discounts and now I have three of those as well.

  42. That's a nice movement in a great looking watch, still like richy176 I'm a fan of white dials having seen just too many black ones over the last few years and having a predominantly black dialled collection myself. Here's my one....
