  25. Just received the red Gshock from Wrench. A quick public thanks for a swift and easy transaction and a watch that is in fantastic condition. No wrist shot as it was bought as a gift for a mate.

  27. Just picked up another Kered on ebay. It's an automatic with date. Movement is, as far as I can tell, a 25-jewel HB213 "Ultramatic", so it's probably from the 1960's. Case has lost its plating somewhat, but the dial has an unusual Kered logo in that it's not underlined. I only have one other Kered like that. The hands are quite unlike the other Kereds I have.

  28. I see what you mean, but for me it is all about the watch design. What I mean by this is that you can get a heavy watch that has a great lug to lug, and is on a good bracelet so that it feels heavy in the the hand, but not on the wrist. A well 'designed heavy' watch with a great bracelet disappears on the wrist. p.s. I bought this 'brick' because it is just about the oddest watch I have ever seen, the benefit is that if I wear it is like wrist weights so I can loose some extra pounds. It is about the same weight as wearing a dog or small child on your wrist.

Nice one AlwaysWatching, appreciate your comments and agree that people’s comments have been very awareness raising! Agreed! Thanks for your thoughts.

  33. I've sold plenty on here with no issues at all, and bought a fair few as well. I tend to stick to well established forum members, some I have dealt with both buying and selling more than once, and have become very good forum friends. Yep, we did a swap some time ago with no issues at all.

  36. It's best to submit a price so members know the sort of figure you're after, but you have the option to accept offers. I think it would be a good idea if you took @bridgeman's advice and went to the classifieds section and had a look at the T&Cs.

  43. Personally I'd buy a 'Parnis homage' from bay or Ali for under £100 and see if you like how it wears. They are easy to sell on if you decide it's not for you or if you decide on the 'real thing'. I bought a spinnaker hull 'radiomir like' and just cant get on the with the tall case / short lugs, it just sits badly on my rounded wrist top. Your price is as has been said above a little optimistic I feel, unfortunately that kind of pricing puts you right in the strike zone for scammers (expensive enough to seem real, cheap enough for you to not to want to miss a bargain) so either buy from a

  45. If you haven't done so already, go and see if you can try one on your wrist at a dealers first. I didn't and made the mistake of selling a watch I loved, and when I went to pick up the Panerai it felt horrible on the wrist, and I knew I couldn't live with it, so I left it alone.
