Watch regulator Liverpool?

Recommended Posts

Think there is a shop over on the Wirral and one in Liverpool city centre that do repair jobs as well as one in Old Swan but don’t know if it’s still there.

To be honest, you may be better off just sending it to someone like Duncan(The watch bloke) or woodland technical for a service

Does it need regulating Steve or servicing ?

Difficult to say... I ought form Roy about ten years ago - kept good time for a good five years or so. Then I had new Yobokies hands installed even years ago together with regulating. Hadn't used it for past few years then when I came to try it it loses a lot. I think just regulating would do it. So I guess any watchmaker who does automatics should be able to do it. Just don't know this area well as I last lived here 38 years ago!

I'm sorry but I disagree.

If it's losing so much in a 24 hr period it's either magnetised or badly in need of a service.

I suppose that the oil in it has just got sticky over the years but that's a sign of it needing a service as well.

How close are you to Leigh? If you're willing to travel, there's a guy there with a good reputation,  I've never used him myself but know others who have. The shop is called Precision Time and it's on Chapel Street.
