BlueKnight, Don't apologize for anything Sir.

The brits need to know only one thing, Besides saving their BUTT's in WWII were stored their MAGNA CARTA , in Fort Knox until the war was over.

It's only a typical Friday evening on TWF. We're here to have fun and little jabs bounce-off my kevlar like BB's. So just relax and enjoy.

its'alivejim :Why does your CAT have a Watermellon on it's head? WHO CARES!

A cat with a watermelon on its head is funny and doesn't harm anyone.

Guns aren't funny and cause plenty of harm, so I care when a watch forum I enjoy becomes a photo gallery for firearms, especially as the firearms in question are iillegal in this country, and for good reason.

What are you trying to prove? Just stick to watches or join another forum.

After WWII Japanese Admiral Yamamoto was quoted as saying " We never considered invading main land America , because there would be a GUN behind every blade of grass"

James, James, James.....Different Societies have different views on many subjects. Please stand-down. Put your steel helmet on and weather the incomings like a trooper. Okay?

Let those who gave their lives rest in peace, and do not stoop so low to involve their memory in "petty arguments" please.

As @alxbly said, or when offered "BBcode" links, use those as well. Try not to link to full-size, ginormous images ... 1400px wide is probably the max most people's computers can handle in a frame in a web page in a browser.

You need the BB code

EDIT: Why do all your watch pics have to have a connection to guns?

You know us Yanks. We don't feel comforted unless we've got a firearm nearby.... Though I prefer the historic variety, as my father was a collector of arms & armour.1

My father left me one old British beauty, and one old American beauty. Kinda glad I didn't get the German rarity that he'd long sold off before passing.

Back to the topic of watches, ya know, what with it being a watch forum n all that? @thegreentreefrog Really like the addition of the display back to the MKII. Are these available for a variety of watches or was this a bespoke item made for you?

I've seen them advertised for various watches. They seemed popular a bit back.

Have a look here, they have various offerings.

The price was fair about $100 USD with shipping, Quality Excellent.

Yeah just checked them out and seems about the going rate. They don't do anything to fit mine though. Not to worry.

Psst. You're not going to be able to post JavaScript links into most web forums, it's often thought of as an attempt to hack the site. :wicked:

Either post a link to an actual image, or something that is encapsulated in ["IMG"] ["/IMG"] tags (without the quotation marks.)  Comme ca:
