Elgin Aerogear crown problem

Recommended Posts

Hi Simon, I recently purchased an Elgin Aerogear wristwatch. Although the crown functions correctly in altering the hands, etc, it won't screw down and is loose when pushed in as far as it will go. Would this be a major problem to fix? Or can another crown simply be fitted? A "Generic" crown for want of a better term. Also would anyone have an idea of where I might get a copy of the manual for this watch? There are 2 numbers on the watch case....FK93OE & 4063. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me mate! Ross

A Generic crown may fit the present pendant, but you may have to also replace the threaded pendant. Shout if you get stuck.
