Managed to pick up a couple of baubles from the new venue today...

1930's - 40's 'DYSON & SON' dashboard/cockpit 8 DAY Clock.

Diameter: 65mm.

Rather nice Swiss 15 jewel, 3 adj, movement.

Will have a desk mount made for this...sometime.

Keeping excellent time in the few hours I've had it, more research to follow on the movement, maker/retailer.

Second purchase was this table/desktop clock...

Stirling Silver (London 1991) framed ROBERTS & DORE, LONDON (retailer).

16cm's x 12cm's

Can tolerate this being a quartz timepiece as it has no second hand.

Anyway, could always remove the movement & pop a picture of DC (or Karrusel) in.

Much preferred the old venue, coffee was better & they provided proper (HEINZ) brown sauce!!

What are these events like? Are they a good place for a bargain or a good place to buy a rarity but at a normal price?
