watch and car look great, ive got to drive the new gti into my garage forward, if i tried to reverse it in it with grind the spoiler, the bmw touched and the gti is lower, very low in fact, even though its standard. Hope you get a good price for it and find something you still like, but might be a bit easier to live with.

I found a 2019 C43 AMG. It has the revised engine and gearbox and is around £40k cheaper than the M2 Competition.

Having four wheel drive and almost 400bhp is a bonus, and it’s capable of being enough fun without being too dangerous and being able to turn into a long distance cruiser with the touch of a button.

Just hoping the GTR sells at a decent price and quickly.

I shall be wearing my new Casio G Shock 'Rangeman' today for the first day of retirement....and I'd like to thank all of you still in gainful employment for keeping me in the style to which I'm going to become accustomed. C'mon...get to work! You've got several holidays and watches to pay for! ...large.593b0baa6c88a_Whippingsmiley_zpsookr5mre.GIF.a8d2a3efab6b60d2d54e0f38fb5a94ba.GIF

That sounds spot on I was reading about something similar in a test in 'Car' Magazine last month, it was one of the latest AMG's v an Alpina and Panamera. The Merc was preferred as i recall for its sheer speed and all were said to be completely practical on a daily basis for munching the miles. Good luck selling the GTR.

My quack told me I needed to keep mobile and get a bit more exercise.

Strolled about 10 miles so far this week, not to much of a hardship when I’ve got this on my doorstep

It looks like down here in Wales, LV looking sharp as always is that the maxi dial is that why the blobs stand out so well? Anyhow it looks good. Are you off work on doctors orders or have you had your forklift licence suspended after wiping out the compressed air system?

Moved on to this one when it arrived this morning:

I'm working at the theatre tonight though so will return to the MWC as it's a bit more robust than the ancient one :)

All good I was on late shift today and had to pick up Beemer so decided to follow my quacks orders and walk instead of getting a cab.

I haven't crashed my FLT this week but people stay well out of my way when I'm moving stuff around.

Yep it's the maxi dial that pops, some think they could just throw a cheap green aftermarket green bezel on an old Sub and save £40K but nothing could be further from the truth.
