And a song from the same year!

I certainly do Martin, I was 4 and we have photos of us all me, dad, mum, grandma and grandads, great grandma too, all on the beach at Penmaenmawr, me digging sand castles and throwing stones for our dog Duke. It was that hot all the photos came out almost white!

1996 standard 7t32 now.

15599834293061033894824.thumb.jpg.2ce5aee2eab76599fb295501d96e1f82.jpgGood Morning!  Somebody is a sleepy head after just one beer and just one bottomless whisky chaser last night, but I have been itching to wear this for a while. It's only a small JDM chrono but I am going in to work this particular Saturday, and this gets in that Saturday work niche of sensible but a bit more relaxed.  It would slip easily under my cuff, so I have had to roll them back a couple of turns.  Plus an old pic, but this one shows the subtle 'graph paper' pattern on the dial that tipped my decision to buy - my dad was an Engineer, I was an Architect, and graph paper is something I miss - I used to have a huge sheet of it on my drawing board, over which to overlay the tracing paper.
If only you could see the 18000 beat (5Hz) second hand too, bang on the markers and 0.2 subdivisions - how do they do that?  Why don't I wear it more?  Hands could be longer.

Get well soon.
Everyone have a great day, please.
That takes me back to Technical Drawing in school. By the time i took it as an option in 1988 it was called Graphic Communication! I wanted to be a Draughtsmen in the drawing office of a big mill. Using 3rd angle projection and engineering drawing. The computers came in and spoilt it all.

I remember all the 'gas tar between the cobbles in the back street, where i lived in Nelson melting and as kids we all pulled it out of the nicks and used it like plasticine. thats a cool watch, a lot of the Timex were then and as a kid in school having never heard of Rolex apart from a funny name in F1 adverts as the Gold and Black Lotus blasted past, they were the best watches in the world, weren't they.
