Recommended Posts

good question,  welcome to the forum.  are you shure it has a battery?  this is a good place to learn how to remove a case back.   book or video.  usually there is a battery in there with a number on it.  vin

No battery, I removed it a couple of years ago (I remember) but don't remember the size - its the jeweled ronda quartz movement. Also, Ive been on the forum before (year ago) and have a pretty extensive collection of RLTs... This is one of two quartz ones I have, the other being the "Tag Heuer" experimental ...

Googling 'Ronda quartz movement' shows lots of images, the majority of which show a 371 installed. Obviously, you will need to check that yours is the same as the ones shown.

well;  i have the same problem:   buying a used quartz i first remove the batt.,   if it is emty,  i measure the diameter of the batt. case.  write it down (usuall lose the list) put the watch aside with a tag.  "no batt." (it falls off).   if you look up a good battery chart,   list all in that diameter  and your half way there.   except with accutrons.  vin
