Niagara  Thanks goodness somebody got that one at last. For a moment I thought it might carry on to tomorrow!

deryckb's are tough ones. I can only think of two at the moment

Now that wasn't that hard was it :)

I have added one since you enjoy a challenge :P

End of the Empire

All lights out in London or York or Chester.

Spanish Whitehouse - Casablanca

An impressive number

Is this a dangerous Chinese dance?

Swift's flying fortress

Heavenly place to watch a film - Cinema Paradiso

All night long - From dawn to dusk

A new one

Immoral London or York or Chester.

One hint

Bruce Lee could have done the dance

and another

Was it the Empire or Apollo?

Finally Swift's flying fortress has more than one name, flying fortress would be enough to get it.

Is this a dangerous Chinese dance? = Kung Fu Hustle

Immoral London or York or Chester = Wicked City?

Could have been, I was thinking of one with a connection to "From Dusk till Dawn"

Swift's flying fortress = Enola Gay? Enola Gay was a Superfortress :)

And another:

There is a sequel to Swift's flying fortress, which if you didn't know better would sound like it had wolves in it..

Call me Hilly Rich :) .

Is hard waterfall - Avalanche?

:D Very clever idea, but I was being far from intellectual with this one. It's a really daft clue, a bit of a play on words. Perhaps think of it more from a male perspective

It's not easy being married to someone who is more clever than you :( .

Hilly knows all about the "male perspective" Rich  . She was a nurse for twenty years but has had the good sense to give it up ;) .

And yet, with all that medical training, she didn't get the Viagara/Niagara clue! Hang on a minute, isn't that a good thing? :D

And so, the Final Score from my lot:

Mac - 16

deryckb - 14

Hilly - 5

Jase - 3

Well done all

deryckb, Enola Gay was a Superfortress, ahh yes you're absolutely right, I'd forgotten that. In which case the answer must be Memphis Belle!

Ah, but what about the Swift's flying? :)

I found it on the second page just doing a google on "Swift's flying fortress". Miyazaki should be a great help.

Keiffer can turn the lights out.

Any Kurosawa fan would know the number.

The other one directed by Bogdanovich.

An extremely pertinent observation if you don't mind me saying so :naughty: ;) .

Is the impressive number "10" ?

just doing a google

That's cheating, I'm racking my brains here  Ohhh OK then ...Castle in the Sky

Impressive Number = Magnificent Seven i.e. a remake of Kurosawa's Seven Samurai?

That's it - The Magnificient Seven :)

Castle in the Sky or sometimes called Laputa: Castle in the Sky, hence the Swift as part of the clue.

Ian, I thought somebody might think of 10, but Rich is right.
