Morning,

Steel-cased Helbi with what was, in its day, the highly-regarded 17j PUW 60-61.

Mikrolisk has Helbi as a brand registered to Elida SA of Switzerland but a combination of the movement, the caseback, and the absence of “Swiss Made” leads me to think this watch is more likely to be of German origin, or for the German market, possibly by Paul Werbeck who seemingly had a commercial connection with Elida Watch Co and who registered his “Elida” trademark six years after the Swiss company.
