Good morning all

Sun's out and I shall be off out on my bike later on Exploring.

Been wearing my Zenith Rainbow flyback most of this week but as the sun's out and the weekend beckons, I've changed to the IWC Fliegeruhr 3717 automatic chronograph today.

A vintage Darwil Admiral automatic circa 1973 an Italian date-wheel. :)
This Darwil's has a decorated ETA movement, a compressor case, and signed crown and is high quality IMHO.

Morning,

Today this German-made Kienzle from the 1960s with one of their less-common pallet lever movements, in this case the 17j 058b25.

In reasonably smart condition and a great timekeeper, with the added attraction of having been a freebie from my watchmaker because he associates all Kienzles with pin lever movements and therefore rubbish. However, I’m not proud, this one isn’t rubbish, and there was no point in arguing.

Regards.

I'm sure you're all wondering what happened to the first Bucherer I bought. Having cleaned the gunk out of the case I found other issues that were above my pay grade. So off it went to @simon2 and here it is working and looking a lot better.  ETA 2472 with 25 of your finest Swiss jewels.
