Now on to the Speedbird 3. This is going off to James Hyman tomorrow to have the hour and minute hand de-lumed, painted white, and then re-lumed with something super bright. Nice!

The spring cleaning got derailed yesterday by two pints of Hop House 13 which was sufficient to realign my priorities for the day.  So, back to it, and back on with Mr. Utility.

Although the markers/numbers on some watches are slightly raised, the ones on this one seem more pronounced, they seem to cast a deep shadow, dosnt take anything away mind, just an observation of a nice looking watch.

And very easy to read. Tried to get a couple of pics to see the markers side on so see how deep they are.

Yes that shows it in a truer light, in the previous pic with the shadows it looks like the numbers are actually levitating, i had to look..... and look again, hence my `quote`.:biggrin:
