Yup, September 1966.

Welcome to the hugely entertaining world of German Vintage. This way lie many, many rabbit holes.

Thanks for confirming the date. I have the "Lexicon of German watch industry" in my eBay watch list. I assume it's in German, though, and would stretch my scraped pass at O Level to the limit.

That’s lovely, but a too small for me. I’ve been looking at something similar as I like to have my watches in pairs (2 of each make/brand, not in the @mach 0.0013137 sense!).

This is my Junghans, don’t know what year though, is the movement (val7750) likely to be marked in any way? I would guess it’s only ~20 yo.

That is nice, more pricey than my usual speculative punt though. :) There's one on Catawiki says they were made 2011-present, but I don't know for sure.

I had to give myself a crash course in vintage Junghans to find out what the J6 means, or even where to look for it. I don't know if they date-marked movements they bought in.

Mine is small, but it wears ok on my wrist. I have a Camy that size which looks ridiculous.
