It's very annoying, the semi-quickset date on 3133 chronographs, but fortunately I have a few and there is normally one not too far from today's date that is easy to put right.
Probably the nicest King Quartz ive had. 1976 with original bracelet, platinum dial and Zaratsu case. 76 quid plus a bit of customs, from a nice chap in Japan.

A recent arrival, unbranded but almost certainly German-made with the inner case back stamped "Foreign".
With butchery in mind, I'd bought it solely to harvest some parts of its 13''' Thiel Divina for another watch but when today's better than expected effort arrived, I quietly stowed my hammer and chisel whilst I reconsider.
A recent acquisition for me, this Sekonda beast. Needs some sprucing up (this weekends task) and might just be the only watch I keep on its bracelet, as it weighs the same as a small baby, though time will tell. Despite the weight (and depth), it's surprisingly not a large watch.

Ive taken the KQ off now while i wait for ye dog to get up. Im scared of sweating against the battery compartment. The seal may be dry and ive not changed it. They are dodgy for the seal going hard and its hot today. So back in sarb II. Based on the fact it succeed my sarb I. My pumps are Adidas like @BondandBigM.

New arrival, Junghans 17j J93/1 693.83 with "Trilastic suspension", which sounds like it should be on an Austin Allegro. J6 under the balance translates to Sept 1966, I think. Or 56?
