As @WRENCH says, buy the one you like better.   Just make sure it says Omega on the dial.

Stop being lazy. Which one do you prefer, based on looks alone? Which SM are you looking at? Post images of the two different models you're thinking about.

I keep reading stories about Breitling's customer service, which anecdotally sounds like it's gone downhill fast.

Omega service, on the other hand, has only ever been exemplary for me. That might be a consideration?

Mmmm, I’m about to be beaten, my advice would be the Breitling is more youthful, the Omega classy older style, although seeing @Roxyben Omega that is a stunning watch. 
 

I like the more youthful as I’m not mature mentally yet for an Omega, however in white Omega all day long.

not a confusing answer. 
 

@degsey has a point on the heritage with the mesh dial, but still the white omega
