New watch day! G-Shock GA-2000-1A9ER

Recommended Posts

They say everyone should have a G-Shock in their collection..... so obviously this is number 3 (and the 5th I've owned overall).

However the January sales snare many of us and this one got me. I'd noticed the model a few times and 25% off broke my paper thin watch will power:

I was attracted to the colourway and the case being less blocky whilst still being a larger model.

A cool and completely unnecessary feature/complication of sorts is the wheel on the left rotates with each mode change. Light function is rubbish like any good G-Shock's should be.

Happy camper for just under £90

Bought this at the start of last year:

So obviously I had to buy a watch to match...

Really like it as G-Shocks go, seems more wearable than the size would suggest and will even take a strap change if you feel so inclined. Been eyeing up the olive green version ever since. Hope you're as happy with yours!
