Felca incabloc breveté

Hi, I have recently purchased what looks like a ladies watch, not the prettiest but interesting enough. It has a series of numeds on the back 

189190 then a large x then 191764 with the word Breveté below

FELCA with 4756-28 below it

I think you have most likely bought a small men's watch. The fashion for watches in the 1940s/50s was much smaller than we like today. Pictures of the dial and the movement, if you are able to take the back off, would help us give you more information on dates.

Breveté is just the French for "patent", so there is some feature of the watch case that carried a patent with those numbers. The 4756-28 could be a model number or case style. Here's one from Ebay.
