Elgin grade 464 wrist watch

Question

Hello,

New to the forum here and new to refurbishing watches as well. I am finishing up an Elgin grade 464 wrist watch, but cannot seem to figure out how the winding arbor gets put back together. It appears to be a two piece assemble with the keyless works riding on one arbor and then another plugging into it from outside the case.

The issue is how does the arbor that will pass through the case to the crown stay in place? I cannot find anything that locks it down. Thanks much in advance.

Brad
