Blue 'Orca' today (after much faffing...don't ask...)

19.

Wow! there's absolutely no way that I would have guessed you'd put that on WRUW today.

A nice choice, thanks for sharing, and thanks for the late night chat...I'm a night owl so it was nice to chat to another night owl...it was a hoot

The watch is very nice though.

Nah. It's not. I'm just wearing it today to decide what to do with it. I'm thinking with a new thinner adjustable strap it would make a nice gift for a teenage girl or make a satisfying 'plonk' as it hits the bottom of a bin.

These two watches are very similar, one quartz, one kinetic, and I bought the quartz one to cannibalise, specifically for the crystal, but I've decided I like it too much.  Hence more Polywatch on the other one.

Plus which, I would have to open the back of the kinetic, one of the strengths of which is that you should hardly ever need to remove the back (and compromise the WR).  Maybe when it needs a new power cell I'll do it then.

The strap which is coming for this quartz Pulsar is a nylon NATO that cost more than the watch ....

(The kinetic is coming on ...)

I do have an 8215 running inside chronometer spec, so you never know!  I had the rail-master homage for a bit - that didn't ...

This one is running approx+10 seconds for the past 24 hours, considering the price that'll do me in the accuracy stakes.

I bought one off Roy & gave it to my Dad. He loves it but at 91 he doesn't always move around enough to keep it going. I always wind it (it's an auto but can be hand wound as well) & reset it when I see him. His is on the bracelet & is a very nice watch. Cracking

I could never get a good fit with the bracelet, with the butterfly clasp it was either too tight or too slack, although it was a nice bracelet as well.

This bracelet has a butterfly clasp, I moved it around a few watches till I got a good fit.  This watch is currently on eBay, not selling, I thought if I sized the bracelet correctly and took some better photos, that might help.  It just helped me decide to keep it!
