Morning Watchfans, I'll start with a watch from Back in the USSR.

What are you wearing today (and for absolutely no good reason, can you work a Beatles song title into you post?)

"I just don't understand" but there's something about this daft little thing I like and I can't put my finger on it. The postage was more than its cost, the bracelet was spare from another watch. Its as plain as an empty sketchpad. Its too little for my wrist. The splash of red is not impressive. The date at 3 is normal. Perhaps its all of these put together that I find charming. Anyway, its back on again to go shopping then enjoy a cold one.

I haven't sat on a beach since I was a kid. Sand in the V&RB isn't a good thing.

No booze allowed on the train so I had to buy a bigger hip flask.

Just back from a few days at middle brother's 60'th bash - got a day or two for the calorie intake and liver function to start to normalise before a few days work.

Semi-Senior-Rotundus had the good idea of spreading jollifiication over 2 weekends due to plague restrictions - which me thinks just an excuse for 2 parties ... not a bad plan really

First watch for a couple of days, been far too hot. :hangs head in shame:

The only strap/bracelet if found that doesn't sweat is a large linked shark mesh. Downsides are, they are tricky to size and difficult to fit quick release.

Beatles songs? :argue: Oh, come on, don't start me up. Wild horses wouldn't persuade me to quote a Beatles song in my post. No offence, but you can't always get what you want.

Meanwhile, all I've got to do is post the picture of today's watch.
