Risking the ire and disdain of @pauluspaolo, this is my only piece with Roman numerals (albeit just two of them).

I'm wearing one of these today, with about the same amount of wear. Managed to sort out a problem with the power supply and the lack of a gasket; also put on a "new" nicely patinated leather strap similar to the one shown here on this ebay example of the watch but without the white stitching. The model number is GS03025/05 and I really like it. I will probably replace the strap at some time in the future, when I have something more suitable, and it's nice that I also have the original steel buckle (as shown below) . The watch is all-stainless steel and has a screw-down crown and screw-on caseback; case diameter is 40 mm (excl. crown). Pics are from ebay:
