Dial touch up?

Question

Hi All,

Recently found this 2010 IWC Da Vinci IW4523 with a stunning dial but unfortunately three of the outer markers appear to either have been damaged during servicing or just degraded due to age (circled in blue below).  What are my options on this?  Does anybody offer a simple touch-up service or would the watch need to go back to IWC to be restored?  Any ideas on cost?

What a strange bit of damage that is. Although the fourth corner marker appears to be undamaged, there is a smudge mark beside it as with the other damaged corner markers. It almost looks as if the dial was held in a clamp of some sort by means of its four corners. I do hope you manage to have the damage rectified as it is a rather beautiful watch.:)

Yes I think you might be right re the clamping.  Anyone have any suggestions on where I could get those parts of the dial repainted?

The dial restoration services I've seen all completely reprint the dial on a new base, which clearly isn't what you want. I did come across a dial "touch-up" service, but it was based in Hong Kong. It's lovely watch and it would be a shame to have it damaged any more - I'd contact IWC and see what they suggest.
