At work in the pissing rain but a relatively new arrival on the wrist eases the pain a little..

Re said new arrival. When winding this morning, I felt three strong tremors/vibrations coming from the watch. A quick look on Google suggests this is normal for an ETA 2824-2-based movement. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it normal?

Following on from the recent "I've done a Bricey!" thread, I have to confess to doing something similar? - I have ordered a new watch from (forum member & all round top bloke Jason @) @Houtman Watches Australia - I have ordered one of their excellent Pilbara watches, due to ship in late Nov / early Dec (come on late Nov!) - Jason has worked out an excellent deal for me & if anyone else is thinking of ordering one, I would be happy to explain further (PM me?) - So as the Pilbara is a Blue dial one, I will need to find this nice Hydrosphere (ex @Bricey collection) a new home

37 minutes ago, Rotundus said:

Mysteriously the clock in my car dashboard now says the right time !?

If you listen to FM radio some of them pick up the time signal from that, not sure it’s the same for DAB or via the Satnav.

Edit - bit slow this Sunday morning, should have read the previous comments!
