I will try and answer your question but there may be Omega experts in the Forum who can enlighten you even further.

I do not believe that there was an Omega Genève 600 model. However, there was a range of watches designated "Omega Seamaster 600", but the Worthpoint watch is clearly not one of those. It may be that the reference to "600" in the Worthpoint description is to the caliber 601 movement which powers the described watch. Essentially, the watch shown by Worthpoint is just a good quality hand-wind Omega dress watch and should be labelled as an "Omega Genève" item without the "600" designation.

I haven't seen one which looks like that, I also looked in the Omega bible and didn't see it. Hard to tell from the photographs, because they are so small, but the pristine dial suggests to me it has been redialled.

Where would you find  Geneve? Chrono 24 is a good outlet but do your research before committing
