Post Your Desktop

Recommended Posts

I have had this as my desktop since 2003, my son was on one of the ships in the photo (RFA Sir Tristram) and on his way to Iraq with 29 Commando. Haven't been able to bring myself to change it yet for some reason.

How exactly do you `post` your desktop?

Hit the print screen button on the keyboard then paste into any photo app, even paste into windows paint through its toolbar then save it as a jpeg upload to photobucket on on ur way

Verticle status bar! Mac had fun trying to get his back down the bottom once.

Mine is under development and the wife has a pic of her when she was 4 on hers which I loaded on when setting up the laptop for her.

Caitlin has this picture which I took whilst in Shetland last year.

Yep, first thing I do when I sit at a new PC (really throws people, though, especially IT support at work!), I just find it more intuitive, it means I read from the top down and from the left, like in a book index.

I change mine fairly regularly. At the moment, I have this on. It's my team leaving pic when I transferred forces. Ahhh, memories!

The guy with the beard at the back is 6'8" and built like a brick s*it house. The guys he's next to are all well over 6' tall. I've yet to meet anyone bigger!

right click on desktop select propertys >settings>advanced>troubleshoot and turn down video acceleration by 3 notches (click apply etc and close) ,go back to desktop then try printscreen and paste into graphics program, dont forget to turn acceleration back up after (this fix works if you cant take screenshots in games ,might work for you aswell).
