Vintage Omega's On Nato's

Hi all

Two of my vintage Omega's needed their straps replacing.

The 1962 Omega Seamaster 600 had a horrible Fixo-flex strap with dings all over.

The 1972 Omega De Ville had a horrible cheap leather strap that was fraying.

Solution, NATO's to the rescue.

I also have a couple of spare good quality black leather straps but thought the Nato's gave them a totally different look. What do you think?

Thanks for your replies :-) It's good to have the option of leather or Nato as I now have both.

I think if I wore the Seamaster while playing golf, the Nato would have a good shout.

If the Seamaster is out for an evening meal, then definitely leather only.

I guess it's good to expand the strap collection as well as the watches :-)
