Seiko H556 5029 Restore

The movement is a press fit back into the plastic main plate:

and then it was easy to put things back together:

I cleaned the debris carefully from the PCB and removed some of the oxidation from the electrical contact areas:

then it was final assembly time:

I couldn't stand the sight of the original back plate so I replaced it (with the one on the right):

Then it was time to see if it still worked!!
