this again all week. finally got around to start regulating it.
just as easy to speed up or slow down as previous seikos i've had - but the 4R movement seems to have much more latitude than the 7S and so need much finer tweeking.
2 tweeks so far have found me go from starting at bit fast to quite a bit slow to back to where i started. :lol:

I love those G Shocks. Just a bit too expensive for me tho. I'm at work today. This, now back from a service and wih a new crown and stem has become my new work watch. Although having recently dated it to 1978, maybe I should find a beater instead.
